The Little Cactus

Brisbane, Queensland 4000

Welcome to The Little Cactus, where we don't just sell plants, we sell little bundles of prickly joy. Our business was founded by me, a self-proclaimed crazy plant lady who just can't get enough of those spiky beauties. I spend my days surrounded by cacti and succulents, giving them all the love and attention they deserve (which, let's be honest, is more than some people get).

So, why should you choose The Little Cactus for your plant needs? Well, for starters, we've got the most fabulous selection of cacti and succulents in all of Australia. Want a tiny cactus that looks like it's wearing a tiny sombrero? We've got you covered. How about a succulent that looks like a pineapple? We've got that too. Our plants are like the little black dresses of the gardening world - classic, versatile, and guaranteed to make you look good.

But wait, there's more! When you order from The Little Cactus, you're not just getting a plant. You're getting a personalized note from yours truly, filled with terrible jokes and dad-level puns. You're getting the peace of mind that comes with knowing your plant was grown with love and care (and maybe a little bit of off-key singing). And if that's not enough to convince you, just know that our plants have been known to attract good luck, wealth, and the occasional swoon from passers-by.

In all seriousness, we take pride in what we do here at The Little Cactus. We're not just a business, we're a family (a really spiky, green, sometimes-surprisingly-delicate family). So if you're looking for some new green friends to add to your life, look no further than The Little Cactus. We promise not to prick you (at least not intentionally).

3 x White Aloe Plants White Aloe, scientifically known as Aloe Rauhii Reynolds, is also commonly known as Snowflake Aloe due to its attractive white spotted leaves. The Starry Night is another alternative name given because of its star-shaped leaves arrangement. Care Guide: 1. Light: White Aloe plants prefer bright, indirect light. They can tolerate a few hours of direct morning or evening sunlight. 2. Water: Watering should be done carefully as these plants are susceptible to root rot. Always let the soil dry out between waterings and reduce the frequency of watering in winter. 3. Temperature: White Aloes thrive in average indoor temperatures, around 20-22 degrees Celsius. They can handle cooler temperatures, but avoid exposing them to temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius. 4. Soil: These plants prefer well-draining soil. You can use a commercial cactus or succulent mix or make your own by adding perlite, s

Description: Aloe Hybrid Fish Series Snapper is an eye-catching hybrid aloe plant known for its striking, colourful leaves that make it resemble the scales of a fish. This compact aloe hybrid grows rosettes of long, thick, triangular leaves that are green at the base but are speckled with white and pink on the upper portions, giving the plant a unique and attractive appearance. This easy-care, low maintenance plant can serve as a lovely addition to any indoor or outdoor succulent collection. Care Guide:

    1. Sunlight: The Snapper aloe plant thrives in full sun to light shade. If it is an indoor plant, ensure it gets a few hours of sunlight daily. You may gradually increase its sun exposure to avoid sunburn.

    2. Water: These aloe hybrids are drought-tolerant and require moderate watering. Allow the soil to completely dry out between waterings. Over-watering can lead to root rot.

    3. Soil: They prefer well-draining soil to prevent waterlogging. You can use a standard cactus or succulent potting mix. 4. Temperature: Aloe Hybrid Fish Series Snapper prefers warm temperatures and can tolerate cold but is not frost-resistant. It's best to bring them indoors during freezing winter weather. 5. Feeding: These plants typically don't require a lot of fertilizer. Feeding them once a year, in the spring with a balanced succulent fertilizer will suffice. 6. Pruning: Prune any dead leaves or flower stalks throughout the year to maintain the plant's appearance and overall health. 7. Repotting: These plants can stay in the same pot for years as they prefer being root-bound. Repot every two to three years to give the plant fresh soil. Remember, each plant is unique and may not necessarily follow its typical growing habits. Observation and understanding your plant's specific needs are essential.
